Had a bad experience there been buying the commando laundry soap with baking soda just love the smell. Went to this location purchased 2 buy 1 get 1 50% off got home smelt the and just didn't smell right at all they let me bring them back and replaced them the new ones were just as bad they. They said the store I get them from must be a franchise not corporate and that how they make them. So I left the store disappointed. Decided to stop at the one in Addison just to see if there was a difference and there was this was the soap I was looking for so I ask her said they were corporate as well. Was told they just aren't making it right truly a disappointment. Suck I have to go all the way to Addison to or somewhere different to get the right product. I went into the Highland Village location to refill my laundry detergent and the staff informed me they were out of laundry detergent that I would have to wait until they were back in stock or buy a new tub. This was frustrating because their refill policy allows you a discount when you bring back and refill. I asked them if I could have that discount applied to my purchase because I needed detergent and had to buy a new tub. They said I could not have a discount even with the inconvenience of them being out. They also would not provide me with a date of when they would be back in stock, I had to ask two other associates for them to give me a date and finally was given a date. They provided no other assistance or help and I left feeling under served and frustrated with their service. I have been to Buff City Soap several times. Each time I go I am very happy with my purchase. I love their bar soaps. I love that the soap is natural, smells great and has wonderful lather! It doesn’t dry out my skin. I love putting the soap in their exfoliating soap sleeve . It makes the soap lather even more! I also buy the laundry soap. It is also natural(everything in the store is).When I am doing laundry the house smells great! I like to use their scented dryer balls. After my showers I use their bath oil .
