Kendra Scott — Local services in Highland Village

Honestly the many times i’ve been the Kendra i was always greeted with super nice people, always wanting to help and never treated me the way this location did. We were greeted by such a nice lady, and she was the only one we felt comfortable asking question to. We were literally followed around the store as if they thought we were going to steal something and it really made us uncomfortable, especially because i’ve shopped with Kendra multiple times I love the pieces. It was my birthday and i was excited to shop. I get the worry about people stealing items i work retail and i get it, but no one asked us for help or tried to make it look like they weren’t following us. I also was curious of the price of something because it didn’t have the price tag on it and the lady checking me out had a really bad attitude about it and rolled her eyes at me. I don’t know why. Finally to tie it all off, I paid for an item before they had even gotten it out of the back, then to find out it was the last one. I honestly wouldn’t have wanted it if it was the display, i would’ve looked for something else, but i was so ready to just leave because i was very uncomfortable that i just left it at that and took...

My mother and I went on our day off. It was mothers first time actually going into a Kendra Scott store.So I wanted to spoil her a bit. I usually order online or go to another location. So as we walked in we were never greeted. Even my mother noticed it. She rarely says anything about customer service. So as I'm looking two you sales ladies converse. I was a it puzzled. I had go seek assistance. I was never approached once. As more customers come in. The ladies stopped conversing and greeted them. It really didnt bother me because until I actually needed assistance I was patient but nothing. After a bit it seems like 2 other girls came into their shift. I was greeted but a young girl who had curly hair. She was so polite and even suggested similiar items that I could not find. Like the other woman who said she's pretty women without the pretty. I spuld have never thought I could be judge but my apperance.I definitely felt like that. I have worked retail and I know there is shortage of good workers but come on...please take in consideration that everyone's money is the same.

Okay I was in there a few minutes ago and FELL IN LOVE WITH THIS KENDRA LOCATION!!!!!! I went in very hesitant about wanting to see if I could get replacements for one of my earrings and necklace that had a loose clasp and was treated with such kindness and no questions asked!!!!! At the last location I went the girl helping me asked me “what did you do to ruin this?” And honestly I’m a very cautionary person I wear my jewelry for special occasions. These girls made shopping here amazing!!!!!! I was only there for 2 things and then the other sales associate looked at my necklace and told me to take it off because it was tarnished and didn’t want me walking around like that and she brought me a whole other replacement for it!!!!!
