I have so much to say about Shannon and her business! I first visited her studio in FM, where she helped my best friend and me select matching bracelets. It felt just like hanging out with a good friend. Knowing that I would eventually need surgery on my elbow, she offered to help me remove the bracelets. She said I could either come to her to get them taken off, or if I needed to do it sooner, she showed me exactly where to cut. She even generously offered to put them back on after my surgery.

This past weekend, we went to the Taste of Addison and made it a point to find her so I could get my bracelets back on. Of course, she remembered us! I also added a new chain to my collection. Spending time with her is always enjoyable; we had a great chat. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

By the way, she posts new chains on her Instagram as she gets them, which is effective marketing—because I ended up buying one I saw there!
