I am deeply disturbed by the experience my sister had while shopping at this store. She was followed around not once, but twice by store employees. The first time, she chose to ignore it and continue browsing, hoping it was just a misunderstanding. However, the second incident was completely unacceptable.

Without my sister even asking for assistance, she was told that the store did not have my niece's size in stock. This assumption was made solely based on her ethnicity, and it is utterly disrespectful and discriminatory. It is appalling that my sister was targeted and treated differently simply because of her race.

No one should be made to feel uncomfortable or unwelcome while shopping, regardless of their race or ethnicity. The store employees' actions were unjust and completely uncalled for.

I urge the store management to address this issue promptly and provide sensitivity training to their staff on how to treat all customers with respect and equality. Discrimination should never be tolerated, and incidents like this need to be addressed and rectified. I want to give a shout out to Maddie. I walked into the store 5 minutes before closing not sure what I wanted to purchase. She was very patient and did not rush me and gave me suggestions that were perfect for the occasion. Baby shower was a success and I have recommended the store to all the ladies that attended.
