Ben & Jerry’s — Restaurant in Highland Village

Tried to go there tonight for my daughter’s birthday. Online said they closed at 10 but I guess they close 5 minutes till 9 now.

Update/response to owner after owners reply: I am not against trying again in the future. However that being said, I do know which door to use and I did not get you confused with a sit down restaurant. I was lead to believe y’all were closed because your open sign was turned off and the hours that were posted on your door at that time said 9 even though online said 10. This was the 31st, the day after Memorial Day so it could’ve just been that the old sign wasn’t taken down. Went to this place tonight with my daughter and my sister. They had the doors locked with an open sign. I should of known by every other review that this place couldn't care less about customer service. And of course the owner has all the same excuses. READ REVIEWS THIS PLACE IS A CROCK. not open when it's supposed to. Leaves review comments that they to undermine the customer view point saying they went to the wrong palace or that there's a spot next door. Stop trying to say your customers are stupid get better staff that is there when supposed to be or post real close hours. Great service- the counter person was very sweet and personable unfortunately we must have come at a bad time or something. The ice cream was freezer burnt and the waffle cone was stale, spent 9 dollars to just throw it away in a nearby trash. I dont blame the staff though! This just seems like a lower foot trafficked store.
