Complete scammer!! He tried telling me that my computer had experienced a "power surge" and that it fried the power bank and the hard drive. Somehow he was still able to retrieve SOME of my work information from the "Fried" hard drive. He came back with a $5 thumb drive with less than 2 gigs worth of data and charged me $600. I asked for my computer back and he told me it was already sent out for recycling, in less than 2 hours!?!? I finally got it back and took it to a reputable repair shop, turns out he wiped the system and was getting ready to resell my "Broken" computer!! If I get my money back in a reasonable amount of time, I wont finish filing my small claims case. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTACES TRUST THIS MAN WITH YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION!!! P.S. Im writing this review on the "fried" computer that he tried to steal from me, works fine!

My laptop's hard drive was having issues out of nowhere and I had a huge presentation to give the very next day. I called roughly 19 local (and some not so local) repair places - most of them severely lacking in customer service skills and many more extremely expensive. Suddenly, less than an hour after I had left a voicemail at System N Software, Scott answered my call with an upbeat attitude - a "we can get this done no matter what" attitude. He was extremely helpful, kind, understanding and had my computer ready to go in less time than even he expected. His prices were the most affordable of all of those 19 calls and he guaranteed a timeframe literally days before anyone else. He expertly diagnosed my PC's issues and offered up different solutions. He was very willing to work with my wife and I to get us exactly what we wanted and he absolutely nailed it. I'd highly recommend him to anyone in the area who needs PC work done or even if you just have questions. His customer service is on point and turn arounds are prompt.
