We arrived just before 8:30 PM on a Friday night and waited about 15 minutes for the rest of our group to join us in the bar. The bar was packed, and the only available seating was at a dirty table, as none had been cleared or cleaned. Despite this, we sat down expecting someone to come by shortly.
No one came by to greet us, clean the table, or take a drink order. Over the span of an hour, we asked four different times/people for someone to wipe it down and help us out. I even spoke to the manager after about 30 minutesāthat was our third attempt to flag someone downāand still, nothing changed. Meanwhile, the waitress assigned to our section was actively serving tables right in front of us like we were invisible.
Eventually, when she finally came to our table and we expressed our frustration, her response was simply, āWeāre busy.ā No apology, no ownership, just flat-out dismissive. And yes, we understand things get hectic, but she was clearly able to serve other tables just fine, yet for some reason, ours was consistently ignored. Instead of trying to make it right, she went to her manager to defend herself after he came over to check in because of how the situation was being handled.
At that point, we were assigned a different server, who was excellent. Unfortunately, by then, the damage had been done. The experience had already been ruined. The food itself was not worth the excessive wait, and despite a 25% discount per each receipt offered by the manager, it hardly made up for the night.
We ended up being there for three hoursāleaving around 11 PM!! Service was beyond delayed, food came out at different times, and we still had to wait even longer just to receive our checks at the end. This experience completely derailed our other plans for the evening and we left extremely unhappy with the service and the way the entire thing was handled.
The kicker is when the original waitress decided to gossip about us to other customers and visibly pointed at our table, labeling us as the problem, even though all we did was sit and wait for basic serviceāAKA her job! If basic service is too much to ask, maybe the customer-facing service thing shouldnāt be...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreKinda bummed about this location. I was only able to order online once. Every time after (4 attempts at least) trying to order that first time, the website said this location is 'experiencing technical difficulties'. I call their front desk and ask if I can purchase the online deals through them, and they say there is no way to make the bundle there as it's an online exclusive deal. No problem, that is understandable, but I have a huge feeling that their online ordering system isn't down for many months at a time - they just turn off the ordering system so they don't get more orders in. I go in person to ask about it as well, and the front desk gives me an odd answer every time that's not consistent with the last answer as to why their ordering system is down, so it leads me to believe they're either turning it off or absolutely uninterested in getting it reported and fixed. Kind of dismissive about it honestly (aside from one girl who I don't remember the name of apologizing profusely on their behalf, worried/bracing herself as if I was going to scream at her across the counter because customers can be awful. I have never yelled or given anyone attitude about this 'issue', so it strikes me as odd the automatic response from most of their customer service team warranted them to be dismissive of me). The Beaverton location down the street about 2 or so miles away never had had issues on my end with online ordering going through, so I wind up having to grab food from them if I still want wings after trying to order here. This location has twice gotten my order wrong for the non-online bundles as well, and once wound up buying a 30 pack of wings and got only 24. A consistent miss at this place no matter what, which stinks because I can walk to this location from where I live and would love to continue giving them business, but not after all of...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreTLDR: 95% of the time order is wrong (even if you sit in the restaurant). Manager seems to save face when customers complain saying sorry/comping items OR he actually cares but staff doesnāt respect him enough to do better when told of their mistakes.
This is probably the 13th time in a span of 2 years that they constantly get your order wrong or something is missing, itās like a bad ex who promises theyāre going to change. It has become ROUTINE to check the order at the front desk before leaving for us, we live close by but it is NOT worth going here anymore based off the hoops you go through just to get what you ordered. From missing wings (whole order sizes), to wrong flavors and wrong size orders. Thereās too many examples for me to give but this time it was missing chips for our appetizer size queso dip and chips and the queso was supposed to be the larger size and they gave us the tiny container of queso for the box of chips! On one occasion earlier on they had messed up my order 3 TIMES, I actually drove back TWICE. The third time when they messed up was that two of the flavors were wrong for two of our friends because apparently you now have to also check down to the flavors youāre given. This time there was a new girl at the front desk who was completely devoid of emotion it seemed like and when I came back for the missing chips when she came back with the chips she laughed and asked if thereās anything else. I would rather drive further away to a different Buffalo than come back to this location, the 3.7 star rating makes sense but is probably actually closer to a 1 max 2.
!!ALWAYS CHECK YOUR ORDER!! Check: -If anything is missing -The flavors correct -The size of your order is correct (amount of wings or size...
