*Updated - We did get the plaque but had to ship it as it was too close to the event and we were not driving up North anytime soon. It turned out great - but the experience will keep me from shopping there again for anything custom. -Hoping to be able to change this as I like the store. However ordered a name art piece for a wedding mid July, they let me pay then since have been told they do not have blue mat for a 5 letter name that they should have it next week, every week is a different reason. For over a month? They are not proactive, tell me the warehouse isn’t there they will have an answer next week, don’t call me and I have to call again.
