CVS has the worst pharmacy. Too bad if you get the pharmacy tech girl because she has a bad attitude and and literally blocked my number from calling my CVS to refill my prescriptions. Before that she would hang up on me. When I called. She did not do anything, like refill my prescriptions, even though she said she did on the phone. The manager, Daniel, claim to know nothing about it! He didn't seem too concerned either. I'm sure this bad behavior will continue because that girl will never be reprimanded or held accountable for her bad actions at work. We are now the mercy of our pharmacies because the state has given them all of the control, even over our doctor's orders. So when the pharmacy doesn't like someone, they just don't fill their prescriptions. I am outraged! Don't have your prescriptions filled here. They...

Thinking this is a pretty basic drug that should be readily available, I went to my local 14th street CVS to have the script filled but was told they did not have it in stock. I was told the nearest pharmacy that had it was 1 hour drive away. They could order it for me but it would take up to two weeks. How do you not have this available in a major metropolitan area...
Read moreI would drive to any other CVS in the entire country then come here. They wonât fill medications correctly based on the prescription. Try and get you to change to a different one vs order whatâs on the prescription. FYI As a patient you have the right to request they order it if they do not have it.
The pick up line is inefficient and you canât change your phone number or get your prescription corrected. You have to go and get in the drop off line for their mistake adding 30 mins to your visit. Any other CVS, you get a text, pop in , itâs correct and youâre out the door. OR they call and inform you of options if your medication is...
