We did NOT have a great experience. We paid for six kids for this ride; at $40 per person plus taxes and fees this totaled $256.74. The driver didn't take the time to talk to us parents, who were standing with the kids. He seemed to be in a hurry. Five life jackets were brought; a few of us were panicking. The driver proceeded to take off his jacket and throw it to the boat. Five minutes into the ride, the rope broke. The kids were dropped off. We received a text saying we were owed a "free ride." Free? We paid $256.74. When the driver returned, he once again didn't speak to us parents. The second ride lasted about 7 minutes. Captain Justin & Captain Karl were absolutely incredible when my family and friend’s family took a sunset and dolphin cruise. Justin navigated the waters of the bay like an expert captain while Karl taught us many things about the native dolphin populations in the area. We really enjoyed the conversation and experience they provided us. They were personable and patient. We couldn’t recommend them more.

Additionally, my family also did banana boat rides with Robby. He was a master at giving them enough thrill combined with keeping them safe.

Taylor was absolutely fantastic! Even before our visit started! He called to let us know that the because of the high surf, we would have to swim out further than typical and wanted to ensure all of our party was comfortable and capable of that. We decided to give it a go, with our youngest being 8. From the moment we got on, until the ride was over, we were all having a blast! The youngest started off a little timid, but quickly realized how fun it was!
