Anna Maria Island Chamber of Commerce — Local services in Holmes Beach

We just returned from a week long vacation. Our family Spent a lot of our hard earned dollars to rent 6 homes on the island. The cheapest was $3200.00.

Four of us in our group received parking tickets for facing the wrong direction.

Three of us were parked on the property we rented. I for example was parked more than five feet from the pavement.

One was parked on a side street beach access.

None of us were on a street, and none of had seen any signs about parking the wrong direction.

This is truly taking advantage of tourists visiting your area spending a lot of money.

This is very petty and I would expect more from such a wonderful place.

I had a difficult time finding a place to stay on vacation. One of the hotels I inquired on recommended I contact the Chamber for help. Within hours I received several responses from members, even if they did not have availability. This was the best thing I did to plan our trip, I found and booked a beautiful condo on the beach. I could not have done this without the help of the Chamber, Thank you!!!! Also, big thanks to all of the members that contacted me. Fantastic!!!
