I bought a really cute necklace there. I got it home to find a problem with the clasp. I brought it back and they just closed up for the day. The owner's daughter let me in. She looked at the necklace and offered to put a new clasp on in the next day or a refund. So I came in the next day, and as promised she put a new clasp on right there. Customer service was great!
