Really bad experience from this location on Sunday, I don’t know if the woman coming at me was just an employee or a manager, but her attitude issues were insane. She had ginger hair and was middle aged. My boyfriend and I walked in, he bought me a sleep token pin. I was standing with him hugging him hip tied to him the whole time. It was clear we were together in the same party. After he bought it, he gave it to me I had it in my hand for a couple seconds because he noticed another sleep token necklace which I was going to buy myself until this very poorly mannered worker with a terrible attitude RAN up to me and held out her hand without saying anything at all but giving me the nastiest manic look in her eyes and proceeded accused me of stealing RIGHT after SHE cashed the sleep token pin out for him! Idk what had caused her to have such a terrible attitude and to accuse a very frequent paying customer of stealing before realizing how wrong she was for accusing me, and acted like it was righteous. Definitely didn’t give me the apology I deserved and was super disrespectful. You just lost 4 customers. You really need to do better because if you think someone is stealing there are about 100 different better ways to go about it if you suspect something. I have worked retail as well and this was definitely not the right way to handle a situation like this. I hope she’s not doing this every time she suspects someone is stealing. The whole time I was in the store there was a woman obsessively following me and my friends around.
