Don't let these people push you around! My brother and his wife got their rings from Hannoush so we thought we would check it out. Went in there looking for a band for my Fiance and immediately the salesman targeted me trying to sell me a ring. I told him I already had a ring and he would not back off never mind pay attention to my fiance and getting a ring for him. He eventually did interest me in an engagement ring wrap. However, while settling on a wrap to fit my Grandmothers 70 year old ring, he insisted on changing the setting of her original ring. I did not want to do that and it took him a while to give up the fight. I'm sure they overly inflate the price of their rings and when they knocked the prices off our rings we were blown away. In order to make the wrap they would have to take my ring to their shop to make the two rings fit together. We were on a limited time frame because we were leaving the country in a few days to fly home to Europe. We where like "Oh, well sounds like it's just not going to work because of lack of time" Salesman assured us "No problem, we can totally get it done. Blah Blah pushy pushy" We dropped the ring off right when they opened at 10am to go to the repair shop. We came back 2 days later when they said it would be done. No ring and no idea why it's not there. Same salesman assured us it would be done by tomorrow at noon, The day we are suppose to fly back to Europe. We get there at noon the next day. Salesman is not there and no ring. Had to explain to some other woman who had no idea what I was talking about about our situation. She was actually very helpful and tracked down my ring. She called this particular salesman about the ring and if he could pick up and bring it to the store. He said he could bring it in an hour. At this point, I'm not trusting a single word coming from this guys mouth. So we just offered to go pick it up at their shop at the Enfield Mall ourselves because we had a plane to catch and time was of the essence. The experience was a complete nightmare and a part of me had a feeling that I was never going to see my deceased Grandmothers ring again. We got the rings back (thank god) and they look decent but you can tell it was a total rush job. My Fiance's band has scratches on it from when they sized it and my wrap also has lots of scratches and hammer marks if you look closely. This review is an informative review. And kind of a think twice before you buy from this jeweler. I purchased a Breitling Watch back in 2021, great looking watch unfortunately it had a faded serial number. I didn’t notice right away my biggest mistake. A year later I Try to sell it to two other jewelers they noticed the watch serial number was faded. So basically for luxury watches anything faded or missing devalues the watch completely. No one wants to deal with it. I went back to Hannoush to see if they can help me out. They were terrible they say oh it’s there it’s just faded not even trying to call the company Breitling to see if they can fix the issue. Nothing. It’s my loss I own several businesses and I wanted to keep local businesses and show them support. In my experience not even worth it. Watch cost $4700 plus $300 and something dollars for warranty to get ping pong ball from one store to the other, and all the stores say oh another brother owns this store we can’t see nothing of your records you purchase here. I loss my receipts bad practice on my part. Like I said I take the loss but the stores never even tried to help me or correct the problem. So just be careful when buying from them. They are like car dealerships they wine you and dime you to take your money, once they have your money they don’t want to be bothered with you. So basically they found a sucker me to sell a defective watch too, I didn’t realize it right away so diplomatically they are telling oh well your loss nothing we can do. Worst customer experience in my life. You live and learn never doing business with them again. It’s funny too Alex was the one that sent out my watch to buff and fix a bezel under warranty in June 2022 . Now I come back and he says I have no record. If I had all my receipts I would of taken them to small claims court. It’s ok today is me tomorrow who knows what businesses can go under due to the economy. The Hannoush in Holyoke Mall is the best EVER!! When I say they made my day, they made my day!! But first leh me tell the story. Me an my Fiance bought a wedding ring from the Hannoush that was in the East field Mall, the ring is a few months old the guy said that's okay just bring the receipt and we can go from there. We brought the ring in and once I explained what I was looking for I thought it was my dad speaking to me how he raised his voice saying " you can't change anything, how you going change? Then he goes you go look and see and what you want but there nothing we can do. I told him well I did speak with someone at the other Hannoush and he goes "well everyone has their own ideas." So my Fiance and I took the ring and went to the Hannoush at the Holyoke Mall. Leh me tell you how much of a angel Jeremy is, we walked in told Jeremy what's the 411 and he took it from there. Jeremy knew exactly what I wanted, exactly what I was looking for and he made that dream come through. I was very discouraged about wearing something that I really wouldn't enjoy on the big day but thanks to Jeremy a burst of fresh air. So Jeremy thank you for making this bride happy! But not only Jeremy makes things happen and make big moves with the customers when they walk in to Hannoush in the Holyoke Mall but also Hussein! If you put Jemery and Hussein together masterpiece; unstoppable Duo! Tell them what your looking for and they got the rest!
