I decided to go back after having a bad experience my gut said not to go I ignored it ill accept my mistake of giving them my money but they need to make the correct order I know what I ordered and they got it wrong I ordered the brown sugar milk tea that’s supposed to have brown sugar on the inside of the cup and you shake it my last review ive mentioned about the brown sugar boba how they shake it before giving it to you which is the costumers experience your taking away well as im walking away it didn’t look correct but I decided to try it anyway it was not what I ordered and when i went back to explain to fix their mistake they wanna say its the surge boba milk tea and not the brown sugar milk tea last time I ordered I ordered exactly the brown sugar milk tea I literally pointed to them the one i wanted and she just gave me a blank stare and tried to have me buy another one they have two brown sugar on their menu one under milk teas and one under signature milk teas last teo time i didnt have to make that clear but since it was already open they wouldn’t take it back and fix it honestly im never going back there ill just stick to walmarts boba milk tea popsicles never disappointed me or got...

(TRIGGER WARNING) I got a strawberry green tea, and on the first sip something flat , brownish- red, and semi mushy came up…. It was very nasty but I thought MAYBE IT had something to do with THE STRAWBERRIES 😑. I think I took one more sip and it tasted kinda like medicine so I put it down. Not even 5 mins later my throat started feeling funny. Then throughout the day it got worst, leaving me with a very soar throat. (It was hard to eat) Then I wake up the next morning and when I tell you MY THROAT AND NASAL PASSAGE ARE FELT CLOGGED AND SORE, jezzz it was uncomfortable, SO I COUGHED IT UP.
