The Vitamin Shoppe — Local services in Holyoke

I feel the need to share my vitamin shoppe experience with other potential buyers. I have visited the Holyoke location a couple times within the past few weeks and during both visits I felt uncomfortable. The tall, slender man, Marty, who I believe is a supervisor was very rude and condescending. He was very pushy and could not take no for an answer. He was basically forcing me to sign up for a delivery program when I never tried the product! He became visibly agitated and raised his voice when I told him I don't want to participate in the program at the time. I felt very uncomfortable and even his employees had to excuse his behavior. You need to fix your inventory management at this location. On three separate occasions now and for three different items I have drove out of my way to this location because Your online shows an item is in stock and available at Holyoke. When I get there no one can find it. Employees tell me it’s a system glitch or that they don’t know why. Clearly an issue with this one location as I stop into vitamin Shoppe all over New England during my travel and have never had that issue replicated at any other location. Online inventory is always accurate at your other locations. Easy and silly way to loose market share...

Stopped into this store since a friend told me about it- so glad I did! It’s a nice store, very clean and well organized. Loved their assortment of products, lots to choose from! The folks that work there are very nice, and knowledgeable about their products. The fact that they support our military is very nice to see as well, as I come from a family that has served.
