I visited The Waterfront location and had a very pleasant experience with Jack. He took the time to show me about 4 or 5 different pairs of shoes, a pair of insoles, and we also chatted about our dogs. It was nice to not feel rushed to buy something just because there were more customers coming into the store. I felt like my concerns were addressed and that Jack cared about what he was doing.
