So this is not directed at this store but their online service that is horrible. I purchased a suit 2 weeks ago. A few days later, they cancelled the jacket only. I went through their CS to assist in reordering so the jacket would arrive on time for an event. Well 2 days later, I got another email of them cancelling the jacket. So then I had to go buy elsewhere and have a pair of pants that aren’t needed. When speaking w their customer service online, the only thing they would say is sorry and that they would give me free 2 day shipping on a future order. Such a waste of time and poor excuse of customer service. Sorry to this store for receiving...

Ok I just bought a shirt at this place but the 3 women here must've forgotten their klan robes at the house. Walking in this store while Black feels like a blast from the past, extreme Jim Crow energy. After I bought the shirt they did not say thank you and did not ask me if I needed help while I was looking around. If you check the reviews it looks like a recent man had a similar experience there must be something to this. Management needs to get this fix ASAP. Americans need to come together at this time and get off the petty skim color thing especially since my ancestors were here before the constitution...
