I’m deeply disappointed by my recent experience at this store. As a paying customer purchasing a birthday outfit for my son, I expected courtesy and transparency — instead, I was met with rudeness, deception, and mockery by a lady in purple crocs and blonde bohemian braids .
First, the Apple Card reader failed to process my payment. I placed an order instead, but at no point was I told how long processing would take or when the order would be ready. I was instructed to return in two hours — I called before returning and was not informed of any change to store hours she was rushing to get me off the phone. Lacked common courtesy as part of management to advise the consumer what the latest time to pick up the merchandise was .
When I arrived, the staff laughed at me and made humiliating remarks to each other while I stood there. I asked to speak with the manager, who approached with a dismissive, unprofessional, and rude demeanor, telling me I “should’ve asked what time they closed” in a very disrespectful, uncalled-for tone!
This is unacceptable behavior. There was no disclosure of new store hours, no professionalism, and no regard for customer experience. As a result, I will never shop here again and encourage others to consider this behavior before spending their hard-earned money.
The store’s leadership lacks integrity, and this experience deserves immediate attention from higher management to prevent further consumer mistreatment.
