Drove from waikele and was early by 1 hour. I called in to help help with where she’s located and not very accommodating at all with giving me info . Then said next time I’ll have to Charge you . I was only 20 mins late because I was completely lost walking trying to find the spa .

I got a Groupon but chose to Buy with fabianne so she made more money and being accommodating. After my first body massage drainage, I expressed that that’s too much breathing for me and I was wanting A different service next time . So I come back for my second service and I had the girl Stop after 10 mins because of how much pressure the massage was . She saw me struggling with the breath work because I have a stuffy nose and she said let’s stop . Fabianne proceeded to not care at all that I wasted this money on this treatment and didn’t get what I paid for . She refunded for the last treatment that she never did but she should refund me for both those services since it’s nothing what I expected and I told her how I felt from the start and she saw I was uncomfortable . Really bad customer service on her end to not Make this right for me and refund me the services all together or offer something better . She literally tries to upsell other services to say that’s what will make it really work for another 900 bucks if you have fat in ur stomach. Very misleading. Also very weird that she has every service listed on Groupon right now with promos to her salon . I did not want to make this review, but I did get really upset with how she handled the situation being that I used to be a manager and would never have messaged someone someone unprofessionally like she did. I expected her to be more accommodating being that I was very generous to buy the Groupon directly with her, and expressed to her how excited I was to get the services. But unfortunately, there was no engagement or understanding with my needs or wants. When you see someone struggling to breathe in and out all are hundreds of times you should give them an alternative treatment or facial or refund. I’ve had drainage massage this before, and I’ve never had to breathe that much. She really should have refunded me not ok!! Going to call my bank about this service but still unacceptable how her service was even though she knew it did nothing . She told me I would Pee a lot after my Massage and I absolutely did not . I take my time to write this because I am very disappointed with this place and with Fabiane. I was doing a laser treatment since last vear. Today I had an appointment at 8:30 am and unfortunately I didn't make on the time. I show up at 8:48 because a guy on a bike started to follow me and I started to run away. I totally understand the cancellation policy but it is something that it is out of my hands I could not be able to call to express that I was running away from a guy while I was walking to my appointment. Really it is not about the fee. it is not about the money why this bother me it is about the empathy of her. I work with costumer as well and costumers come first, having satisfied costumers is important specially those for long term it is not just about the monev costumers pav it is also about the service offered. if it was my fault I could totally understand wouldn't have anything to said and nothing to be mad bout but in circumstances like that really that happen without planned and could happen to everyone I think that we have to put ourselves in the Costumer shoes. I was super excited to go through the fat cavitation process, but in the end there was no outcome or results whatsoever. I would suggest saving your money on this procedure. Fabi guaranteed that if I stuck with the process that she recommended (vigorous workouts, strict diet, high water intake), then I would see great results. I was super loyal to the process and I really pushed myself, and came in twice a week for 3 weeks. Though, I don’t see any physical changes at all. When I reached out to Fabi to tell her that it didn’t work for me, she told me that if I followed her instructions that I would’ve seen results, insinuating that I didn’t.
