Allure Waikiki — Local services in Honolulu

The worst over$$ priced per sf. and is really poorly managed condo/vacation rental condo I have ever been near. I live next door 38 story building, and the decibels from the Chinese and or Japanese (Asian) children undisciplined entitled brats, that yell and scream until midnight all year long it is retching, annoying and ruins my right to peaceful living. The Wave Waikiki was less noisy than this pool area facing my building, the allure needs to invest in redesign, with fake palms like in Ls Vegas to sound proof that pool area since the security there is unresponsive.

When I call Allure security they act like they do not speak English, its dreadful place to be near! I ant wait for twitter and face book to pick up my complaints as well as travel advisor.

QUIET...

I live at this place. A couple months ago I parked my bicycle in the bike garage and had to pay a $30 fee to do so. They offer NO security and have NO cameras set up in this area. Someone clipped my bike lock and took off with my bike. Their policy on stolen bikes is that they are not responsible for them. Oh, and you can’t leave them in the “common areas” of your apartment. Today, my guest came over to use the gym and the fat employee came running up from the lobby to tell my guest that he could be unaccompanied (I had gone to put on some exercise sneakers on). It baffles me how quick they are to stop someone from working out but do absolutely nothing to stop/prevent bike thieves and future bike thieves. $4000 a month for rent to deal with BS...

As a resident in the building, I have found the staffs to be kind, accommodating, and readily available to assist us when needed. I appreciate the maintenance team's efforts in maintaining cleanliness within the premises. I also believe that the management is doing an excellent job. The presence of a decent-sized pool and gym within the building is convenient for me as it eliminates the need for a gym membership. I am satisfied with the location and find the people in the building to be nice. Given these positive aspects, I suggest that individuals who aspire to be good neighbors should consider buying or renting in...
