Massage went well overall. This could be a 4 or 5 star rating. Instead an entitled mentality and but I worked an above agreed upon rate package despite confirming door price. The message wasn't beyond imagination and you worked above the contracted rate. The door says 99.99, I was billed 110.00 plus tax. Tip was basically priced into the fee with more being demanded. I think she would be surprised to learn many don't get tips, let alone demand them. When you need care at a hospital, my work is contracted and I do my work and that's it. I don't even get 1/8th of that rate at that.
Back home I have an amazing massage therapist for $70 an hour and does well. In fact it is better that my visit here. Chiropractic adjustments are also $35 a visit. Perhaps both services have officially trained staff makes that difference. Never had either service provided and the price change afterwards nor demand a large tip.
I see the images show them dressed up really cool. Appeared to me they are just in sweat pants and T shirt. Maybe don't go towards the end of the day. The place itself is nice and well set up. The staff looked capable and seemed excited to work. Best I can tell there isn't a manager so the case I had where she changed up the price afterwards maybe doesn't happen...
Read moreI do not ever write reviews, but I felt the need to hopefully help people save their money. We made an appointment for the head spa experience for 2 people because of the 50% they were offering to bring a friend. It turned out that 50% off also meant your friend gets (less than) 50% of the experience. I got the wash, facial, and steam as advertised, though it was so aggressive it was more painful than relaxing. My friend, on the other hand, basically got her hair washed and rinsed in 5 minutes and was given one of those dollar-tree face mask sheets. Both of us experienced our masseuses just leaving our “room” (a curtain in the middle of the spa) for 10 minutes at a time while we just sat there. We paid for an hour and only were treated for about 45 minutes even including all the breaks that were taken. We went to pay, and they tried to charges an extra 10% tax on top of the tip we already added for using credit card to pay. We left feeling very disappointed and felt we had...
Read moreWant someone to tell you a 20% tip isn't enough and scowl at you if you stand your ground and refuse to give them more money? Want them to keep the number you call them with so they can send unsolicited messages to you asking to return and spend more money with them, even when you had a terrible 1st experience? Want someone to bring their toddler to work and cry mama loudy over the sound of the 'babbling brooks' or other generic 'soothing sounds' while youre trying to get a massage? If your number isn't on a telemarketers list, save yourself and don't even consider this place. They didn't even ask if it's OK to use my number like that, just started sending me the messages. Then I tell whoever is sending these messages about the horrible experience, no trying to solve the issue, no question as to which therapist was unprofessional, just an "oh ok" and now I MIGHT be off...
