Ok so when I shop here I usually buy 4 vapes and had no problems, until last night! I bought 4 vapes and started the testing on it. The tovo brand was running, so I told the girl, she tells me , try 2 more puffs, I do it, still running, she tells me , try 2 more, I do it, then grabs the second vape? it’s running again, she tells me try 2 more puffs, I do it, then tells me 2 more, then 1 more?! By this time I’m getting a headache. Now she gets the 3rd vape? I tell her, oh can I just switch to the lost Mary? I mean would you wanna buy that brand after all in a row we’re running?? She tells me no cannot., has to be the same one. Ok so now this is the last vape left of the 3 I just tried,. So I puff it? Same thing, it’s running, she tells me try 2 more puffs, the and it run a little then stopped. Now she tells me, sometimes it runs on the 1st 5 try’s then it’s fine. I told her I don’t want to take it, then leave and it starts running again, so she calls her boss on the phone and explains what happened and the boss told I have to take it. I get in my car shocked and very upset, I grab my vape and what I told her is going to happen did!! It’s fricken running!!! And I told her before I left? If I leave with this vape and it runs, then I lose money?! That’s it then?? She says yeah sorry,...

ZERO stars ... SUSPECT. Dishonest and misleading .... DO NOT SHOP ANY OF THESE PLACES. The gal said due to "tariffs" there is limit on vape purchase. I asked which state law dictates this limitation and she said it's their own and then tried but couldn't continue with the statement so it fell out of her mouth in pieces, basically lied to my face. 😒 The entirety of this whole shop is suspect if they have a gal spewing nonsense and stealing information from people's i.d. to "keep track". I did not give permission for them to take ANY of my personal information. And there is a network of these places around Oahu creating a monopoly and illegally obtaining people's personal information for what... to prevent purchase at another shop within their network. SUSPECT. Nonsense. Disgusting that places like this take advantage of people during a time of crisis and unrest around the country. These people are complicit in keeping citizens scrambling and confused using misinformation to deceive and control. I actually owe you a "thnx✌🏽". Definitely not the cheapest vapes by far. They are way more expensive than other vape shops, ranging from $1 to $5 more expensive for disposable vapes. Their "loyalty program" or whatever you want to call it is kind of lame, after you spend $150 then you get $5 off. The vape store I go to gives you 30% off your entire purchase after 10 visits, no matter how much you spend. With that being said, they do have an excellent selection of disposable vapes. Excellent customer service, the female that helped me was so sweet. And they open at 7am which is really convenient, no other vape shop opens that early. I would definitely go back if I needed a vape earlier in the morning when the other vape...
