Hawaiian Island Creations (HIC) — Local services in Honolulu

I was Pre-Black Friday shopping on Tuesday evening at Pearlridge and encountered a very pleasant female employee. I was interested in purchasing a Hydro Flask Wine Bottle and two stem-less cups as a Christmas present. She informed me that they would be going on sale Thanksgiving evening.

I called around to find the store that had what I was looking for (in the color I wanted). A male employee that I spoke to at Ala Moana was incredibly courteous and even offered to transfer the merchandise that I wanted. I was the first in line on Thursday evening. The salesperson there was extremely helpful and searched through the back stock to find the one missing item. I managed to get everything that I went there for! I even bought an extra set!!!

Shopping here was a pleasant surprise... great employees and amazing customer service!!! I commend the owners, managers, and staff for managing to provide the best possible shopping experience to their customers!!! Thank you and...

This was the ONLY store that had board shorts with Hawaiian Petroglyphs, or kii pohaku, tribal designs. I looked everywhere to find something stylishly edgy with a huge callback to Hawaii culture and this local surf shop definitely delivers. Staff was really friendly and kept me in the know with discounts going on after 4th July sales.

This place has more surf/skate merchandise and designs than T&C, Local Motion, Ross, Marshals, Sera's Surf 'N Shore, and Volcom. With so many competitors I'm glad I be found the one that had what I was...

i came in last night around 830 pm and the customer service was horrible… very horrible!!!! a guy saw me pass by/come in and not even a “hi” or anything!!!!!! there were 2 other workers that i seen and i was in about for 10 min….. i was interested in a couple items but didn’t purchase because no one approached me. i work in the customer service industry and a simple hello goes a long way… t&c has better customer service. i’d rather spend my money somewhere else that provides waaayyyyy better...
