A woman I believe is the store manager yelled at my husband and was very rude to me. We parked there for me to shop. My husband was going to H-mart across the street to buy a drink, while I shopped. She came out and started yelling at him and proceeded to threaten to have our vehicle towed. I was a customer, which means we were authorized to park there. I informed her that she her yelling was uncalled for, and that she should not tow my vehicle. As I explored the store - almost immediately - she raised her voice at me again. She was telling me not to enter the part of the store that was for professional stylists. However, I wasn’t even near the section. I was extremely upset, and my husband returned confirming that he did not want us to spend our money in the store, and I agreed. Her behavior was completely uncalled for. She did not apologize. I’m extremely disappointed with this beauty supply store. As a licensed professional, I arrived around 7:45 AM, knowing they open at 8. I parked and quickly went across the street to grab something, planning to return when they opened. One of their workers saw me parked, greeted me, and clearly knew I was a customer but didn’t mention any parking restrictions. When I returned, I found my car had been towed. This shows a complete lack of care or consideration for their customers. I understand parking rules, but a simple heads-up or sign would have prevented this unnecessary hassle. Honestly some of the worst customer service i’ve had on island. I had a bad experience my first time here but I figured I would give it a second try because I wanted to shop local instead of online.
