This used to be a great experience for me as I had come here for 3 years. After my most recent appointment I will never return. Jeanne is unprofessional, lacks listening to customers concerns and needs, and is only interested is doing the bare minimum while still collecting money. Jeanne berated me in front of her colleagues and other customers claiming I didn’t know how to take care of my hair, simply because I wanted to transition to natural and stay away from chemicals. This stylist is NOT a specialist in African American hair like she claims. She can’t even do a straight part! DISCRIMINATORY against Black clientele. Told me straight up in front of other people that “this is why stylists don’t like to work on Black people.” Burned me several times with her heat styling tools, and kept forcefully pushing my head around.
