COCOLOMI Massage Waikiki — Local services in Honolulu

Updated: Honestly, just pay the extra five bucks and ask for Kishiko or Saori, you won’t regret it. I booked Kishiko for both reflexology and a facial, and they were amazing. I’ve tried a few other spots on the island, like Shirley’s Foot & Spa and Kamaaina Massage. They were fine, but Kishiko at Cocolomi is on another level. The prices are better here too: 10% off for couples, and they don’t tack on that annoying 4% fee just for using a credit card. I came here during my trip in April 2025 and again this August, and I don’t even know why I bothered trying anywhere else. From now on, Cocolomi is the only place I’m booking when I visit and want to relax. Clean facility, reasonable rates and Kishiko, Yuriko and Saori. Highly recommended and don’t forget to tip, the therapist work hard.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Saori at Cocolomi is truly a gem. I’ve had facials all over the world and this was hands down the best facial massage I’ve ever experienced. Her technique is incredibly intuitive, deeply relaxing, and left my skin glowing. The facilities are clean and serene, creating the perfect environment to unwind.

I also tried their reflexologist who was excellent (apologies, I did not catch her name) clearly knowledgeable and attentive. She did a more Swedish style with circular pattern, which I prefer.

Their prices are more than reasonable for the level of care and service you receive. They accept credit cards (yay for convenience) and provide a restroom code for the restrooms but down on the second floor.

Can’t wait to return for a 90-minute LomiLomi massage, if it’s anything like the facial & reflexology massage, I’m in for true relaxation....

Coming to Hawaii has been on my bucket list for many many years. My dream has come true! One of my must do things here was getting a Lomi Lomi Couple's massage since it originated here. I reached out to this company because of its reviews. When I called I asked if they provided the Lomi and the person who answered stated they did. I booked an appointment for 5pm. She said they'd send me a text with the confirmation and directions so we would not get lost. I was in the area earlier than anticipated ~ I texted them and asked if they could see us earlier if not we'd still be ok with 5pm and would stop somewhere for lunch. I never heard back, neither text nor call. We were headed there after lunch, with an eta of 4:50pm. Right before we walked in I get a call asking if we were still on our way because they changed our appointment for 4:30pm. I asked why would it change since I never received a call or text with change. She said oh it's ok still come. We were rushed when we entered the door asked for intake forms to be completed and took us into the treatment room. She confirmed it was the 90 minute lomi massage and stepped out. I get massages often, this was a fluff massage, the pressure was not relaxing, it was light as a feather and very choppy. My husband felt the same way. There are plenty of massage locations in the “tourist” area where we are staying in Waikiki. My wife and I searched up something and had no expectations when we called. The service was kind on the phone and we received a message to confirm our appointment after the reservation.

The massage was on the 3rd floor to the indoor shopping plaza on the corner of Seaside. When we arrived, they greeted us and had everything ready. We signed some papers and got changed. The couples massage was in the same room next to my wife and everyone was courteous making sure not to disturb others by speaking quietly.

My wife and I are used to massages where strong Chinese, Thai or Korean ladies will rough you up and you will be crying in pain for the massage and then, you walk out feeling surprisingly relaxed.

If you’re looking for those massages, this is not it. The ladies at COCOLOMI will ask for permission and do a thorough job working a full body, front and back. It was fitting for the rest we were looking for. 60min passed by without us noticing and I felt recharged ready to tackle the rest of the day for more Hawaii adventures!
