Each of my parents got a massage here back in April 2023 at their previous location. They both said that it was the best massage of their entire lives. They both have had many massages in their life time. I got my parents a couples massage this year and they still raved about their experience. I even got my father in law to go here and he said it was much better than the hotel massage he got a few days ago.

I just went with my husband for a honeymoon couples massage and I cannot say enough good things. I had Amy and my husband had Miyoko (sp?). I will be coming back! We were not early for check in and they still made sure to not rush us and offer us slippers, water or tea. They also were super flexible when I change the appointment day for both my parents and myself. I even changed the appt day only 23 hours ahead for my own appt and they were super flexible and kind. They made sure to congratulate us and offer kind words multiple times, checking in and out.

For our couples massage, we walked into separate rooms but there is a slider that opens between the rooms so we can see each other’s faces. They have a box to put your clothes in and a place for jewelry.

If you like deep tissue massages and maximum pressure, this is the spa for you! If you don’t, that’s ok too because they ask you multiple times if you are ok with the pressure and are willing to adjust to any feedback you have! They have bars on the ceilings and can walk on your back if you are someone that needs it. (I am petite and did not require this). They are able to give a complete full body massage without feeling rushed. I received deep tissue to my back, shoulders, neck, head, forehead, chest, all limbs, hands and feet; Stretching of my back and all 4 limbs. When I flipped to my back, I received a great massage to my chest, neck, posterior head, and forehead/outer face and heat pack to the neck. They use multiple hot towels to wipe you down at multiple different times throughout the massage. And again, offered water or hot tea at the end.

The receptionist was quick and very polite and kind in service. They explained the massage options well. The facilities were clean and relaxing with gentle music playing. I had a shiatsu and the deep tissue work was excellent. My therapist was very attentive to pressure adjustments and good conversation. Afterwards they provided tea or water and small sweets. The entrance is located in a small door between the duty free shipping and the Louis Vuitton store and is subtle. Go inside and follow the hall to the end and take the elevator to floor six. The spa is midway down the hall on the left. The building is a series of office and medical suites and google maps often takes people to the shopping next door inadvertently so don’t be surprised by needing to take a detour. My massage was $75 for a shiatsu hour. I highly recommend it and will return. I have joint issues and lots of tension and feel much better. The staff speaks both Japanese...
