I am an out of state customer who before today would have raved about my experience with Twiggs. Today, I reached out to inquire about a piece of jewelry that one of my favorite artists was sending to Twiggs. I called and spoke to Katie on the phone and I shared with her the exact piece I was interested in and was ready to purchase whenever the piece arrived. She informed me that she was still waiting on the package and that her main concern would be the customers who would be physically in front of her. Katie made sure I was aware that I was not an important customer. As someone who has worked in the jewelry retail industry I can completely understand how overwhelming the Holiday season is, especially when short staffed. What I cannot understand is telling a returning customer that they are not a priority and will only be able to purchase the item if Katie got time to call me back for a phone order over the next days/weeks. Read moreHaley P was our server on 5/16. My mother and wife are both gluten free borderline celiac and we have had poor experiences every other restaurant on the water even ordering off the gluten free menu. The best thing about twiggs you never have to ask twice if you are highly sensitive they actually take it serious as you would think may be obvious in a facility serving food lol. Twiggs pays attention and we have always been beyond happy however this last visit with Haley as our server was absolutely above and beyond. We will wait for her station no matter what from now on. Food was delicious as well. Thank you for having somewhere we can all eat and not be sick with autoimmune.siues for a week. It means more than you...

The store is nicely organized, with most of the jewelry in the center of the shop and a selection of curated goods lining the walls. There was a small but well-curated array of handmade greeting cards that caught my eye, including some by Moglea, a unique and stylish company that I love! As for the jewelry, I was pleasantly surprised by the wide selection of prices, styles, metals, and overall choices. It felt like there was something here for just...
