Very mixed feelings about my experience here. I stopped in while on vacation and ordered a monogrammed sweatshirt. On the positive side, the sweatshirt looks great and is just what I was hoping for. However, the experience was very uncomfortable. At the time I placed my order, I paid for the sweatshirt as well as the monogram. Upon arriving to pick up my sweatshirt I was greeted with "She didnt charge you enough!". I was informed the previous sales clerk had charged me $10 less and that I needed to pay the additional $10 for my sweatshirt. That put me in a very awkward position and seemed inappropriate. Had a good experience when I made my purchases but when I went back within their time limit for returns I was treated very rudely. The sales clerk asked me abruptly in front of the customers she was checking out if I was returning something & why. She was very perturbed. When she finally got to me she said nothing to me. She proceeded to try to credit my account. She said in a very aggravated tone that she didn’t have time to figure it out. She had a doctors appt. Thankfully someone called to help her. I was recently at a fundraiser for an event near and dear to my heart where this business owner put on a “fashion show”. The models were beautiful, and the clothes were decent but what floored me was her down right prejudice against plus size women. She kept referring to them as her sassy size girl models. Y’all! As if we aren’t already self-conscious about our size, this lady had the audacity to keep referring to the plus size models as sassy size girls. Absolutely appalling!
