The women working don't care if you're there or not, refuse to say hello or offer help because they're too busy chatting and mean mugging whoever enters. Judging by other reviews, they treat other people much the same way. I felt incredibly unwelcome and they seemed burdened by my presence. Made my appointment a month ago, sorted out my clothes, nothing scrappy, confirmed my apptmnt yesterday, came down on my lunch, had to park across the street, carried my clothes over, only to find THE DOOR LOCKED, NO ONE AROUND, NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE!
