Starlite Club — Restaurant in Hot Springs

My friends and I went to Starlite for my bachelorette party. We had fun because we were together, but the service and the bar staff were absolutely TERRIBLE. Both bar tenders ignored us several times and would service other customers before us despite them having arrived after us. Their tab system was also unorganized and sloppy (they kept records on a dirty notebook that was left on the counter). At the end of the night when we started to close our tabs the male bartender gave my sister-in-law MY card and gave someone else her card. Her card was never retrieved, and they provided no compensation for their gross negligence and denied having been at fault. She was forced to close her account and order a new card.
