This store is amazing! The layout and displays are top notch. Laurin, the Manager knows how to run a store. I just moved back to the Central Arkansas and used to work at one of the largest Hallmarks in Texas, I say this to say this store meets a Dallas / Texas standard of gift shops. You can find anything for anyone and the staff - Top Notch!!!! I highly recommend seeing the downtown Hot Springs area and visiting this shop! You must stop here in Hot Springs! The staff were so friendly, and when they heard we were from out of town, they were quick to offer suggestions for activities and restaurants! We bought a few Christmas gifts to take home, and knowing we were flying, they carefully wrapped everything in bubble wrap. To the staff - please know we are enjoying a beer at superior bathhouse brewery as I write this, and we just booked our final night in Hot Springs at The Waters. What an amazing store. We stopped in about 12 minutes before they closed, the ladies were so sweet and kind. We talked about retail working and being from out of town. We had such an enjoyable conversation with them. They recommended dinner at 501 Prime, unfortunately they were closed, so we had to eat elsewhere, totally fine! We just couldn’t stop talking about how genuine the women were, they clearly cared about their store, community and the public. Highly recommend...
