Unscrupulous, untrustworthy, deceitful, DON'T TRUST THEM!

My mom brought her waterproof watch in. First visit was very nice and friendly. They were very knowledgeable and almost envious because it's a very old, well made watch.

She asked them send her watch out for repairs. When she came back to get it, it was very uncomfortable and they weren't friendly at all. They claimed the watch was beyond repair. She left in tears because this watch is a VERY SENTIMENTAL ITEM FOR HER.

Something felt off, but she didn't push it. She got all the way back home before realizing the back of the watch was loose. She took it apart and realized the waterproof sealing is gone. They are claiming it never was there at all (complete lie as he opened it there in front of her when she dropped it off so it was clearly right there) or was damaged during the repair at some point and was just tossed without a word or explanation. They want her to pay $30 for a new one, only AFTER she brings it back (she lives over an hour away) to measure it.

My mom is heartbroken. It's one thing if her watch is truly broken. It's another for these people to desecrate it further. They waited until after she had gone home, figured it out on her own, and contacted them to be like, "oh, yeah, it may have been tossed. Or you're lying and it wasn't there at all." Who does that?!

My mom didn't deserve this treatment. This watch has been with her since 1981, through the birth of 6 out of 7 kids and 7 grandchildren. It means so much to her. Their callousness overall attitude is just appalling. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Bottom line, these people do not deserve...

Went here to get a ring resized and was left extremely disappointed and saddened. I only checked the sizing and didn't realize till after my boyfriend spent $55 that my brand new ring was destroyed. The inside engraving was rubbed away and the outside detailing on the name outside the band had been faded away. Not to mention the millions of scratches all over the ring. I never even got to wear the ring!! I am not familiar with how regular resizing works in rings but even if it were to come with damage that should've been communicated with me at the start. No one even mentioned how much damage the ring would receive so I let them do the work thinking it would come back the same but it was so awful and ruined a thoughtful...

These guys are AMAZING!! Just came here for the first time ever, as I broke my favorite necklace earlier today.

I dropped it off, and the nice man said he’d give me a call when it was ready; however they do repairs in the order they receive them, and they get quite a lot, so I was expecting a wait of a few days to a week. Totally fine with me regardless!

However, they called me back in less than an hour! It seemed like an easy fix nonetheless, but still! I was not expecting them to get it done that quickly.

The people here are super approachable and fun, and they provide stellar service. I will definitely be coming back here in the future! Thank you...
