1st visit: I walked in with no knowledge of bikes on a whim to have my breaks fixed, and Jason was especially helpful! He showed me how the brakes worked and tightened things up for me in just a few seconds. He wouldn't even take a tip and was so kind and patient with me.

2nd visit: Received a bike for free and brought it to get an estimate for a new wheel. They gave a fair estimate, but ultimately offered me a secondhand bike that will work much better for me for about the same cost. Tad was amazing and I enjoyed getting to know him. He serviced the new bike and set me up for success....

I personally have never been inside of this shop but I can say with first hand experience that I love it. I’m from out of state and bought a bike on Facebook marketplace and had it shipped to me. The seller of the bike brought the bike into this shop to have them package the bike and get it shipped out to me. I got in contact with one of the people from this shop and he was super quick to respond to my questions and even sent pictures of how the bike looked! This is a real deal bike shop. If you're in the area and need anything, this is the place to go. On my first day of a 2 week MTB trip to the Keweenaw, I wrecked my derailleur on a broken tree root sticking out of the ground. My first call once back to the trailhead was to Rhythm. They had multiple replacement options for me, and within an hour of showing up at the shop I was on my way with a newly installed derailleur.
