I'm usually one to support small business and want everyone to thrive... hOWeVEr...

I cannot say I've ever had a good experience here. Last night, I ordered a drink and I told her (the amazingly attractive bartender) to "run" the card and close me out. She got me my pitcher and I felt pretty petty so I stood there for 5 minutes waiting for my card. The same bartender (and two others) kept approaching me asking if I was all set. I said no, I'm waiting for my card still (they are notorious for adding a bunch of drinks to an open tab). I got my card back after maybe 10 minutes.

I have never wanted a new change of management more.

My mom's name is Karen...so this is why I'm writing this.

2 stars because their mango habanero wings are the best I've had. And drinks are cheaper than the Chicago area.

UPDATE: 7/4 the really mean bartender was nice last night and helped me find my wallet. And then the other bartender accused me of stealing it because I grabbed it off the floor. It was not until I recited my driver's license off of memory with a very slurred speech and blackout drunk that she believed it was my wallet....

Came in the other night with coworkers, three of them ordered separately having one drink and food each. Myself and another girl had one drink and waters on one bill. The three who ate in our party paid and left before myself and the other girl, we were still talking. As we were leaving we went to the bar told the male bartender (who was great and very nice) what our two drinks were. At that point the server who had taken our orders says something to him and he comes back and says that we had three drinks, I said no it was just the two. Apparently our waitress didn’t charge or put the drink on one of the other girls bill so she made me responsible for it. I was very upset. I told her she was a poor waitress, she told me to have a nice night. I was livid. Be careful when you go there, you might be held responsible for something you didn’t even order and then be forced to pay for it. Never in my 48 years have I been forced to pay for something that I had absolutely nothing to do with. It was her mistake and I paid for it. Never...

Potentially could be the best bar in the area but suffers from terrible inconsistency. One day you will get the best service of your life, lightning fast food delivery, excellent wings and fries and drinks delivered, smiling and wonderful staff— and the very next week you’ll get cold wings and fries delivered two hours after ordering with drinks made poorly, drink order completely forgotten and never delivered, be charged as much as two dollars difference for the same drink depending on who is making it, and downright rude staff. A personal low point for myself has been observing a manager loudly berating a server for minutes on end about the proper procedure for storing menus under a counter, while highly inappropriately touching said server.

Balancing these sometimes occurring downsides, the greatest asset of the DT is the deck. When the weather is nice there’s no better place in the area to go, and if you have enough time on your hands to roll the dice on the service, it’s still highly...
