I came here with my sister and my 6 month old daughter, and as we arrived to store...we were being followed and being watch like criminals. We couldn't enjoy ourselves consistently being asked where we placed things on items we didn't want. There was NO sign saying we have to put things back in order? They made us back track where we put things like WE work there and NOT ONLY THAT. THEY had the audacity to use a scanner all over my stroller, my purse, and ON MY 6 MTH OLD DAUGHTER without my consent while I had to go look for the item. Since they couldn't find anything on me AND MY BABY, they asked us to leave due to us putting items back in the store...? I wish I had the black woman name, it seems like she was the manager there but she was very condescending to me and my sister. I would not recommend coming here for mom's that need to use a stroller going out and about. They WILL...

I came to this location on 8/10/25. It was very busy due to tax free weekend and the upcoming school week. However, from the moment I walked in the store, I experienced amazing customer service. Everyone had a smiling face and an eagerness to help. The store was also very well organized and maintained considering how busy it was. But I wanted to give a special shout out to Claire. She went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and was extremely sweet and genuine and made me feel comfortable! I will continue to come back to this location for its customer...

I never give reviews, positive or negative, but this is an extenuating circumstance. I bought a giftcard here last week to give to my wife for Christmas while traveling on business to Houston from Kansas City and saw the store/ stopped in. The day after Christmas my wife tries the card and it didn’t work. We called customer service and they were closed. I called the store in Houston and the clerk stopped what she was doing to help figure it out, and after trying a couple diffythings, she solved it for us. This is simply outstanding...
