Bar 9 — Local services in Houston

The bar wasn't open quite yet but the space is gorgeous. Definitely gives that resort feel. Every area of the hotel was beautiful and well taken care of. Checking in was flawless and the receptionist did a wonderful job of making us feel welcome. Despite the reason for our stay, this hotel definitely eased the burden of finding an upscale hotel on a not so upscale budget. One of the reasons we chose this hotel was the location to Texas Children's Hospital where my daughter is receiving care for cancer. They have a shuttle that will take you all over the Medical Center area within a 2 mile range and it runs until 9:30pm.
