So first time ordering from MOD while at TCH. Ordered online and said to give them about 15 min, very simple order because of kids. Arrived and asked if my order was ready as i was a few mins ahead, just to make them aware I’m here ya know. After 20 min of being there, still no pizza. so total of 35 min has elapsed, i checked again.. their reply was they are backed up. So i waited another 15. Still no pizza. I went to the counter to check if there was an issue with internet orders.. there was not. Usually they hang the tickets for online on the side of the register, mine was found next to the register with all the computer wires. No apologies just went about their business making it. After it was finished they had put it in the wrong box with the wrong name. So as they called no one came. Finally a over an hour i went to them and complained, they told me this burnt barely topped pizza was mine. I told them i would wait for them to make another. He said i would have to go back through the line. No response to make it right or to apologize for the wait. Just horrible customer service. Employees not wearing mask and not washing hand after grabbing more boxes from the back. I will not go back. Hate that to because of the convenience....

I'm an RN and ordered my lunch on the app at 145pm. App said ready in 15 minutes. Time it so that I was there at 2 to pick it up. Come 2:30 no pizza of mine in sight. I asked where it was, they said they didn't know. There were SEVERAL of us who worked at the hospital waiting for our online order, while an admittedly LONG line of customers waited, ordered, and got their pizza, all without any sight of our online orders. I finally asked the cashier to cancel my order, which he did and I received my money back.
It's not the first time that I haven't eaten lunch as a nurse and it won't be my last. The fact that I WASTED my lunch waiting for food that should have been done and ready to go according to the app is more infuriating than not having a lunch because I'm busy taking care of patients. Believe me when I say, I will never try and order again, and any colleagues at the hospital that I hear talking about wanting MOD for lunch I will talk...
Read moreTerrible experience tonight. I go there on a regular basis, but usually for lunch. Tonight, I stopped by to grab dinner & take back with me. Never again. The pizza was beyond "crispy" on one part and the staff were just blah. I ordered a pizza, Caesar Salad, drink, and a little cake for dessert. I tipped well ahead since I have never had issues, but boy, the staff need training. I wasnt asked what size drink, she charged me for a small. I asked if I could pay the difference for a larger drink....I was told no, unless I want to void out the entire transaction & start over. Really? I can't just pay the difference? I was told no and she walked away. Night staff were rude, messy, and not courteous. It could have been an off day for them, but they treated several people rudely while I waited for my food. Not nice, especially at the Medical Center where many customers are visitors of patients at the nearby hospitals- BE KIND....
