Knowing full well the parking situation (zero parking), I tried calling ahead to place order and when that failed, I tried to order verbally but employee refuse to take order because of his poor verbal skills, proceeding to have me to scroll through the buggy menu when he could do it much faster despite the fact that I know exactly what I want to order and that taking order from customer directly is a norm at this place prior. My recent experience was notably disappointing due to the unprofessional demeanor of the staff. One employee, in particular, exhibited a lack of situational awareness and interpersonal consideration. He insisted that I double park—clearly unaware or unconcerned about the risk of incurring a parking citation—and subsequently proceeded at an unhurried pace with little regard for urgency. This, combined with the subpar quality of the beverages, made the visit thoroughly underwhelming. I would not recommend this establishment based on this...

A great little stop for boba in the Med Center. The tea had a good strong flavor, although I ordered aloe vera and got mostly Boba + a little Aloe Vera. Not sure why, when I didn't order any boba at all. My sister ordered the brown sugar milk tea and same situation where the order was for pudding and the topping was heavy on boba with 1 pudding chunk. The space is somewhat inviting yet seating is limited so don't expect the opportunity to chill here if that's what you are looking for. It certainly met the boba fix, but the prices just didn't match the product. When I first came to the counter, I only had a $50 bill, and she said they don't accept any $50 bills🤷‍♀️ so don't come here with all...

I ordered the medium crème brûlée milk tea with boba (~$5.50). Also, I found lemon seeds in my drink and I don’t think my drink should have lemon in it…..There's not really parking here, so either taking the light rail or just walking here is probably best. You order at a kiosk when you walk in and they're pretty quick about getting the orders out.

Back to the drink, the boba was way too soft and the drink was way too sweet despite me ordering it at 30% sweetness. The creaminess is alright. Toppings are 65 cents and above which is kinda pricey but maybe it's the location.

Would not really come back unless you're actually craving boba and this happens to be the only boba near you. Boba is too soft...
