Iām not one to ever write bad reviews even if I had a bad experience but Iām sorry to say I have to write one today. So I was in the store and was racially profiled by a store associate rylie. I bought a candle on one side of the store (white barn) and went to the other side of the store to buy a perfume. I went to checkout and the lady in front of me had just went through the same process and checked out without issue. So when I get to the front she asks me for my white barn bag so she can place my bath and body works products inside. Before she even rings me up she asks me for my receipt for my previous purchase. I found this strange considering like I said the lady in front of me did the same as me and was never asked for a receipt. But I without hesitation began looking for my receipt, I couldnāt find it I had several other bags n my hand from Nordstrom so Iām guessing I possibly dropped it but I told her I could grab one of the other associates who checked me out to confirm I actually did purchase and not steal my candle. I spoke with them and they were quite confused as to why I was being asked for my receipt given I wasnāt trying to refund my purchase and was literally just on the other side of the store purchasing my candle in eyesight of the other employees. The manager had to take it upon himself to walk from one side of the store to the other just to vouch for me that I didnāt steal the candle and Iām very grateful to him for doing so but I was already embarrassed in front of the other customer and had to leave the line just to grab a whole other person to confirm I wasnāt a thief. Very distasteful and I donāt think I will be returning to this location if she still works there no one should b treated as a thief especially if u can visibly see Iāve made over six purchases at the mall itself and one with your very own...

However, this morning I walked into the store to complete some last minute shopping for my store team. When I was checking out I kindly asked if I could have 5 bags for my 5 team members. With the items I had she said she could only put it into 4 bags and could not give me the 5th one because I wasnāt buying more items. Knowing this I kindly asked if I could buy the bag instead and for them to charge me what they needed to. With this I got the respond, āYou are gifting your mall employees in Kroger bagsā I felt completely uncomfortable and immediately decided to just pay and get out of there. It was the Hispanic middle aged lady with curly hair. I could not get her name, but I think that it was not professional at all in anyway and will definitely not be coming back to shop here. I was on hold for more than 45 minutes and when I finally got someone he kept placing me on long holds and he was very rude. I was told that my order would be cancelled but it would take 20+ days to get a refund. When I asked why it takes so long he hung up on me. I called back only to wait a long time again and got a lady who kept cutting me off when I spoke. She told me that my order was never cancelled. After asking her numerous times that I just wanted my order cancelled she finally said she would cancel it and it would take 3-5 days. I asked for a confirmation # and she said it would be emailed in 24 hours. Very disappointed with their customer service. I will never order anything from them...
