Was having problems with my iPhone 13 Pro Max (other than it’s not the new 15 Ultra lol) not sounding the audio properly, making me miss notifications. Had a 4:00 appointment, showed up at 3:44, went right through. The genius who attended me was thorough, but very quick to the point of being almost too quick. Granted he was training someone from sales to be customer service, and that may have had something to do with it. He showed me how to thoroughly shut it down and clear the cache, so that was helpful. However now it’s deciding to overheat. Afterwards went to look at the new MacMini (downsizing again…started with 28ā€ iMac šŸ–„ļø, to 21ā€, and now need even smaller without giving up performance. The gentleman who helped me was very patient answering all of my questions, and advised me on the perfect one for me. 11-6-23: Was early for an appointment with my Apple TV (drove 100 miles), made ourselves busy for 2 hours, then came back. Samantha attended to the unit, with assistance from (sorry forgot your name) the guy from Orange. The unit was reset which took about 45 minutes, and looked like it was going good. I left for a few minutes and when I returned my wife was outside the store with the unit in her bag. She was told it was ready. Brought it home, powered on, but no signal to the television at all. Next day tried a different HDMI cable, it did give a signal to the TV, however, it never acknowledged the remote, displayed the time from the Apple Store the previous evening! It’s now a paperweight, and instead of keeping it there to replace under warranty with shipping a replacement, I have to drive back another 200 miles round trip, just to bring it right back to where I’d already brought it, to pick up the replacement. Will update if need be.

I recently revisited the Apple Store in Galleria, and I must say, it's one of the biggest and most impressive stores I've been to. What sets it apart is its dedication to showcasing new items and providing exceptional customer service. One thing I particularly appreciate is how readily available the salespeople or customer service representatives are. They're always on the floor, making it effortless to find assistance. They're more than happy to walk you through the store, helping you explore the latest offerings. The store features an extensive range of new accessories for phones, designed to enhance convenience and compatibility with Apple products. From the Apple tag to different chargers and influencer-worthy accessories, they have it all. What's even better is that you can try out these accessories right there on the floor to see if they suit your needs. Moreover, the store is impeccably clean and well-maintained, creating a welcoming atmosphere for events and discussions. Whether it's sharing experiences with fellow users or learning about different items, the store offers a platform for engaging interactions. Overall, the Apple Store in Galleria is an amazing destination, even if you're just browsing. The combination of new products, attentive customer service, and a clean environment makes it a must-visit spot for tech enthusiasts like myself. I'll definitely be back soon, whether I'm buying or not. Highly recommended!

As I write this review I'm reminded of the horrible experience i had at this location. I returned home from vacation and was left without a working phone after being told in Vegas that I had to wait 3 hours to have someone look at it. If you can imagine how hard it is to get out of the airport with out a phone and how annoying it can feel to be in that place because of poor customer service. I went straight from the airport to a apple store because like most people my life is in my phone and I needed it fixed quickly. I walked in the store and was greeted 4mins later and then told I had to wait 2 hours to be seen. As I stood there with my luggage in hand, fresh off a 5:30am flight I agreed to wait. The associate who took me to a table to sit at was nice but I soon found out his managers were horrible. The young man walked over to the manager on duty and told him I was going to wait and the manager laughed and said "I hope he knows that if he gets up he will loose his place in line and you can deal with him" I guess he thought I couldn't hear him. So I waited and like everyone else I'm looking around at all the employees standing around and wondering why am I waiting 2 hours if you have time to talk you have time to help. Finally a associate comes over to help me and I informed him I had already been in a little over a month before and I think there might have been a issue with my phone from the repair, he takes my phone and runs some test and tell me he has to take it to the back. He returns and tells me that it's water damage and the phone can not be fixed. I explained what happened to my phone and then the back and forth between the store and customer service begins. Long story short customer service was very helpful and worked very hard to get my problem taken care of while the store gave me the run around and never during the whole 4 days did they apologize or even care about the hardship they put me through. I just moved to houston a little over a month ago and this was the only store near me that I could get to and it is terrible how they treated me. I would say things would be better if the store manager was there but I believe if he is a taller guy then he was there the whole time and did nothing. As a store manager myself I would never let a customer feel the way I felt if I had a chance to fix it. Apple really needs to focus on it's customer service and value the customers that they have.I wish google had a Zero star rating because that's what...

Let's start by saying this place has horrible customer service. I went to this location because my iPhone 6S was acting up. Keep in mind I have only had the phone for 6 months. Anyway I set up an appointment but still had to wait for about 15 minutes or so when I arrived for my scheduled appointment time. The Apple employee looks at my phone for 1 minute and says it's glitching due to common "wear and tear"... I responded by saying.. "So a phone that's never been dropped and never had a drop of water can just glitch out" he responded with "yup". Apparently they only replace a phone or accept responsibility within 90 days of purchase. So I was stuck having to buy a new phone. Well this is where it gets worse. They told me "my replacement phone would take 2 to 3 days to arrive at this location and that there were plenty of replacement phones like mine available at near by stores so I should have it in no time". So 2 to 3 days later I didn't receive an email or call. So I called customer service to track my phone. (Good luck with that) I had to go through 3 different people to be able to talk with someone that thought they could help me but they couldn't. So I decided to go back to the location in the Galleria and my phone wasn't there of course. They told me it would be arriving the next day. So I went by again the next day and still no phone. Imagine that...So after a week had gone by I called the useless customer service again and of course it took over 30 minutes of going from one person to another to finally talk with the person that was supposed to be able to help. Guess what they told me. That my phone wasn't there and that the phone is on back order now.. Then they said it would take another 2 to 3 weeks to get my phone... Hahahaha.. You think I am joking right?? Nope.. This phone that was "so easy to replace" that I am being forced to buy because my first one was a peice of junk is now going to take a month or more to replace when I was told it would take only two days. So in the mean time I am stuck with a glitchy phone and that's my problem.. Screw me right?? So much for customer service and what they tell you.. I guess the only two things I can recommend are. A. Do not buy your phone from this location. B. If you happen to buy a peice of junk iPhone make sure to get the warranty. (I guess they push that on you because they know that most likely your phone will just randomly...

This Apple Store was even more rude than a hole-in-the-wall store. I went to pick up an iPhone case at 11am -- not crowded at all. I had purchased one single item online and scheduled an appointment to pick up my order at 10:45am. When I arrived at 11am, I noticed a line outside. There were no signs indicating what the line was for, and since the time was already at the end of my reservation window, I thought it would be wise to ask where I should be instead of waiting another 5-10 minutes before finding out I didn't even need to wait in line at all. I had no idea how they were running the lines. I very politely approached one of the Apple Store associates to possibly get a mask (I forgot mine) and also check in with my reservation. Vanessa intercepted me asked what I needed. I told her I had a reservation and wasn't sure where to be. I was clueless. Vanessa immediately told me to "get in the back of the line". She didn't offer a mask which was no big deal, at least for now. I asked her if I should stand in line even if I had a reservation. She said 'yes, get in the back of the line'. No problem. I complied immediately and went to the back of the line, waiting behind 4 people -- not too long -- I can deal with the mask later. While waiting, I got my ID ready to show. After a few minutes, it was Vanessa's turn to attend to the line and I happen to be the only person in line unattended to (yes, they even attended to 3 people behind me -- I swear I don't smell or look out of place). She approached me and asked how she could help. I told her I had a reservation at 10:45a, gave her my full name, and presented my ID. She then requested my ID. Sigh. No problem -- I just held my ID higher. After verifying my ID, she told me: "YOU CAN EITHER PUT ON THE MASK OR I CAN CANCEL YOUR ORDER." Wow. I never refused to put on a mask and nobody had even offered a mask. I didn't even know I had to enter the store in order to pick up the iPhone case! They had at least 8 Apple Store associates in front of the store, and even if none of them could get my order, I had no problem putting on a mask and entering the store. But she treated me as if I were a "sneaky rebel". Did she really need to threaten me? To "put a gun on the table"? I have been nothing but polite to the store employees and I feel like they run the store like a...
