Not the one to leave a bad review but take this as constructive criticism 🤝 The one thing that saved this place from 1 star is the selection of dresses they have a good selection but seriously customer service needs to be worked on. It started off good when I walked in they said they were offering an extra 10% discount if we follow them on one of their social media platforms which is good but then when I wanted to try ONLY 3 dresses one of the workers with black hair and is short tells me at the moment we can only try 1 dress. So she made me choose one dress to try on only. Honestly I thought she was joking when I noticed she actually wasn’t which is crazy because that is what dress shopping is literally for to try different dresses and see which one you like the best. Then when I’m trying the dress she is a bit over bearing and dismissive when I was telling her part of the dress was a bit big, she was saying it was okay etc. when it wasn’t. I expected her to at least suggest to bring another size in the SAME dress since she was the one assisting me not even that she just walks away. I took my business...

Terrible experience. I tried on a dress , and while adjusting the skirt — just pulling it down slightly — the dress ripped. The fabric was clearly low quality, but instead of addressing the issue professionally, I was told I had to pay $15 for a replacement. What made it worse was that I was actually planning to buy the dress.

To top it off, I was told they didn’t want to offend me, which is why they didn’t suggest a bigger size — even though they had already told me to sit and wait for them to bring a different size from the warehouse. So which one is it? The whole thing felt awkward and poorly handled. The service was unprofessional and honestly kind of insulting. I won’t be back, and I wouldn’t recommend this...

VERY VERY GOOD PLACE TO SHOP ! I love how they treat their costumers . I don’t know why there are slot of comments saying “ bad costumer service” if they are the only store that i have go to Harwin that has treated me very well... And of course I get them , that on weekends they only let people try 3 dresses but is because is prom season and a lot of people just try and try And don’t buy , that is why the dresses get messed up . I love going there , they are very nice and the best thing is that they have very good prince dresses. I went to Ez Fashion and I saw a dress that was 254.99 and at Chelsea fashion they had it at 149.99 !!! WOW...
