Starbucks — Restaurant in Houston

Poor delivery and customer service! I have been here several times and the orders are backed up and have customers waiting with no system to keep us informed. Also what seems is the manager raises voice to customers to get out of store because they are at capacity. They need to find a better way to keep up with orders or message where they are in their service to standing customers. I have waited for a coffee for over 45 min! Had to give more than one star because the drinks are actually good, but I feel awful for the baristas that work there. I hardly ever see more than one barista there and it seems like they can't handle more than 4 people at a time. Every Starbucks should be able to handle more than 4 people without imploding. The Baristas are so understaffed I feel bad for them. They usually have only one person working but many times there is a line.
