We had a great shopping experience at Grown Brilliance! Angela made shopping for a wedding band fun, easy, and seamless (despite my pickiness).

After visiting several stores (including Blue Nile and Robbins Brothers), my fiance and I ventured into Grown Brilliance to try a variety of rings. At this point, I had no idea what style to get, which meant I tried on quite a few.

During our first visit, Angela was patient and receptive to my feedback. I really appreciated that she didn't try to sell me something outside of my preferences.

Unfortunately, I did not find a ring that day. However, I later saw one online and inquired whether I could have a sample ordered. This is an unusual request (specially with my small 4.5 ring size). However, after several emails and texts, Angela was able to get me a sample of the ring I wanted in my size -- free of charge.

This place is awesome! My husband took me here to pick a ring for our 8th anniversary! The service is excellent, the knowledge of both Magali and Angela and the attention that they gave us was absolutely commendable! Magali took time to answer all of my huband’s questions, she assisted him in everything that he needed to come up with a decision. She is very very good! While my husband and Magali pored over paper work and payment details, Angela showed me their beautiful jewelry pieces! The shop is full of wonderful creations! UPDATE: Received my engagement ring: I’m completed in love and obsessed with it! Angela’s help to pick the perfect stone, perfect setting paid off tenfold.

The band isn’t the perfect combo in my opinion, but - non-issue. Easy return process and Angela is already helping me to find another, more perfect option. Easily in the top 5 all time best customer service I’ve ever received 👏🏻
