Churromania The Galleria Mall — Restaurant in Houston

I’ve been here 3 times and my service has been terrible, the employees have been rude and short with me every single time essentially the women with the heavy accent, my 2nd time coming here I could hardly understand what she was saying I didn’t mind that at all but when I asked her to repeat what she said she was very snappy with me, this most recent time she hardly said anything she pointed at where to pay when I was done and walked away I got a shake as well but she didn’t give me a lid, didn’t even explain why I just assumed maybe they were out and the shake was filled to the very top and the whipped cream was overflowing out of the cup it was dripping everywhere I don’t usually write reviews but my service is always bad here I don’t think I’ll be...

Dear Churro Manía representatives,

I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the service received at your establishment. On 02/22, we visited your store intending to purchase a portion of 8 churros, which is the smallest option on your menu. However, the cashier informed us that they could not sell us that portion and that we could only purchase the 14-churro portion.

We find it unacceptable to be denied the option to buy a product that is clearly available on your menu and instead be forced to purchase a larger quantity. Due to this poor experience, we decided not to make any purchase, as we believe that such practices negatively impact customer satisfaction.

We hope you take the necessary steps to correct these situations and ensure better service for your customers in the future.

Quisiera expresar mi inconformidad con la atención recibida en su establecimiento. El día 02/22 acudimos a su tienda con la intención de comprar una ración de 8 churros, que es la opción más pequeña en su menú. Sin embargo, la persona que atendía en caja nos informó que no podía vendernos esa ración y que solo podíamos comprar la de 14 churros.

Nos parece inaceptable que se nos niegue la opción de adquirir un producto que está claramente disponible en su menú y que, en su lugar, se nos intente forzar a comprar una cantidad mayor. Debido a esta mala experiencia, decidimos no realizar ninguna compra, ya que consideramos que este tipo de prácticas afectan la satisfacción del cliente.

Esperamos que tomen las medidas necesarias para corregir este tipo de situaciones y asegurar un mejor servicio a sus clientes...
