This company went behind my back while I was at work and persuaded my grandmother to sell her home! She had a UTI that caused dementia like symptoms and waiting until I was at work to get her to sell her house. Before the eviction was issued they entered the home multiple times when I wasn't home and when the eviction day came they stole ALL of my stuff after a Constable lied and said they would put all my stuff outside the gate. The home they stole had severe mold damage and should've had all walls, flooring and roof replaced, yet somehow they managed to move a family in less than a month. I must admit they're very sneaky and preyed on my grandmother at her most lowest point. They have now shipped her off to some group facility. My grandmother worked hard to pay her house off and still calls me to this day asking about the house she unknowingly signed over. The demeaning comments didn't hurt, but the fact that my property was stolen was the last straw. Yall already stole my grandmother's home. Now you steal our stuff, too. I found my $300 cowboy boots on Facebook marketplace. How do you people sleep at night knowing how many people you stole from and lied to? I'm still pursuing this case years later bc I lost my job and car due to being displaced. I'm glad I didn't accept the housing they offered bc I can use that as proof and I also have medical records proving my grandmother's diagnosis proving she was not mentally fit to make that executive decision. I lived here for 1.5 years. I moved because I got pregnant and needed a bigger place. The staff was aways friendly and took care of my request in a timely matter. In response to some of the negative comments. Yes, the apartments need work but are also old buildings. You get what you pay for. In the heights studios start around $1250/mo. Their rates are some of the best I have seen for the area. If you are looking for a more upgraded apartments and don't want to deal with the negatives then I would recommend either living in a different area or increasing...

DONT DO IT!!!! this place is very HEAVY ON THE ROACHES and the apartments are not only old but need major work! The management is very unresponsive and they literally ignore your requests until u come to their office. I moved here because i was in a rush and like the location but the location is the ONLY thing good about this place these apartments are ancient!! And the bathroom has an order because the ventilation it literally a opening to the roof u can look right through...
