UNIMPRESSED!! Saw this creamery on Eat Like a Local, so had pretty high expectations. First impression was of front entry, patio and front door were filthy and in serious need of maintenance, which was an immediate put-off. Upon entry no one greeted us, or was at all welcoming, even though there was a man behind the counter, finally a girl showed up and just said "what would you like?" My husband pointed to the flavor he wanted, her response was a snarky " I need a name". My husband had a stroke and cannot talk very well and after a year of not being able to eat anything orally, is now able to eat pudding and ice cream, so we have been exploring the nearby creameries. In looking for a place to sit, very few choices inside and interior also in need of facility maintenance, so chose to sit outside. Only two tables on covered patio, both dirty and next to extremely dirty trash cans. There were a ton of long picnic style tables in gravel area, but again most needed cleaning and umbrella repairs. I am in the food service industry and understand how cleanliness and facility appearance, along with great service is especially important for your guest to return and continue to return. The ice cream was okay, just so-so, there seemed to be more mix-ins than actual ice cream. Probably will not return, too many other good choices in...

Wanting a a good milkshake and put it in that way into maps. Several popped up but decided on Cloud 10. Location is key of course but if you cannot park it doesn’t matter. Fortunately someone pulled out as I was about to leave. Walked in and two girls behind the bar but as I came in one walked to the back and the other was on the phone. I waited, although usually I would have already left. I’m not a demanding person but at 62 I’ve become somewhat “put out” by todays standard of excellence. When I walk in anywhere like that, someone should say hello, be with you or whatever, then promptly take care of business properly. After getting off the phone she asked what I wanted and I said a milk shake. When she said they don’t do milkshakes I knew I was in the wrong place. You may have magical ice cream that surpasses anything else known to man but without someone minding that store like it was theirs, and handling customers properly, you will NEVER get the kind of business that place is capable of getting. ...
Read moreI pass by this place all the time, but my curiosity finally got the better of me, and I decided to check it out.
First impressions, plenty of parking, clean establishment, and cute decor.
There were plenty of different flavors of ice cream, and the ones 23 tried tasted pretty good.
The only downside, and it's a major one, is the price. Specifically, the price-portion ratio. I definitely don't mind paying a pretty penny for boutique ice cream, but I expect to get a decent sized portion of the product. My boyfriend ordered the "large" cup with "two" scoops of ice cream, and it looked like one, mashed down scoop. It was $5.50 + tax, and didn't even go over the cup brim.
I picked up a pint of the brown sugar cookies and cream for $11. I initially thought that was expensive, but after seeing the portion my boyfriend received, i definitely ended up with the better deal. He basically paid half the price I did, for 1/4th the amount of ice cream.
With that said, the ice cream was definitely yummy, but I doubt we'll ever...
