I have given all of my business to Jewelry Depot since 1993. I have never had a piece that was anything but perfect in every way. Price point or quality.

I have an extremely small ring size. We started our journey with this company to find an engagement ring for myself. Any company that my husband visited, werevery clear that to make the ring the size that I needed meant the chances of me losing a stone were high. Jewelrt Depot was the only company that could deliver a beautiful piece that I was not nervous about losing my stone. If you take a piece that is in a case at a jewelry store, and size it down to a small sizer size than the average, the prongs lose their durability. Jewelry depot not only was able to give me exactly what I wanted but, they made it in 2 days in time for him to propose without my knowledge. He had gone to a name brand storefront, they took his money and waited six weeks to let them know they could not size it down small enough. We had heard about jewelry Depot so he gave it a try and it became a long journey professionally and friendship with the owners.

Since then I have only purchased watches, (Rolex) rings necklaces earrings for my husband and I both from Jewelry Depot even after moving away. I will travel back into town knowing that I will be taken care of.

The other comforting thing about dealing with this company is that when a piece is no longer as important as it used to be, they have traded in my pieces and upgraded my jewelry with unbelievable return value making sure I’ve kept my receipts so they can track the purchases.

This is the only place I trust to buy jewelry. The owners are magnificent and treat you like family. They inspire confidence in letting you understand what you are buying, and educating you on different options available to you. They will customize anything to your needs and preferences. When I was buying an engagement ring 17 years ago, they themselves sat down with me and patiently went through many different diamonds, showing me the pros and cons of each diamond, and walking me through which diamond was best for what I was looking for as far as quality and my target price range. They then also speed rushed a customized ring for the diamond in a matter of a few days. When you buy something here, you don't have to worry about how much artificial markup there was - like in a mall-based or chain-based jewelry store, and you don't have "buyers remorse" about if you got a good deal or not. Finally, you never feel any "pressure" to buy something or for them to "make the sale" like you may in other stores - they are glad to educate you, show you the options, and calmly let you think about it and decide - if you buy something great - if you don't, they know - given the good experience one always has - you will come back there the next time you are looking for something.
