Here's what happened...

I was introduced to Parth about six months ago from a friend. Before my visit, I made a terrible decision to have a promise ring converted into an engagement ring by a jeweler that did not have the claimed experience. He ruined the promise ring my then-girlfriend loved — $1,500 down the drain. The once shiny ring, with an opal set in the middle, now looked like it was run over by a car and quickly put back together. Then, I bought a ring from an Instagram Ad - absolutely terrible.

My original idea was to keep the opal stone from the promise ring and convert it into a more meaningful-blinged-out engagement ring because it carried so much sentimental value from the years she and I have been together.

When I presented it to Parth during our one-on-one consultation, I nervously laughed and asked him if he could fix it? If not, not only did I give the okay to the jeweler who ruined a ring she liked, but I was running out of time to propose before she knew her ring was missing, and I was up to something.

Parth examined the ring and informed me that all the diamonds weren't real, nor was the gold. I was honestly relieved and asked if we could at least preserve the opal. The cut is one of a kind.

On the spot, he did a quick 3D mockup of what they could create, and about a week later, the engagement ring I originally envisioned was now the real deal. After I proposed, my now-fiance gave me credit for not buying an off-the-shelf ring. She loves the thought that went into creating it as much as the ring itself. We also laughed at my story about the sketchy jeweler.

I had the wonderful experience of working with Parth from Privosa Fine Jewelry over the course of a few months to find the perfect engagement ring for my fiance. I live across the country so the entire process was done via phone and messaging - which is a true testament to the customer service Privosa can offer.

Initially, Parth talked me through all the different components to selecting the right diamond (4 C's, etc.); he was very patient, knowledgeable, and helpful through it all! Once he had an idea of what I was interested in and what was important to me, he immediately shared some options that were within my budget. We communicated back and forth for a while; he was always very quick and helpful in his responses.

He never pressured me into purchasing a diamond and was also ensuring he had my best interest in mind when making any recommendations or showing me any options. Once we found the perfect diamond, the rest of the process was quick and went smoothly. He helped me choose the perfect setting that would really make the ring stand out. He sent me pictures and videos throughout the entire process to giving me a peace of mind and had it delivered quickly and safely.

The expression on my fiance's face when she saw the ring said it. She was ecstatic and speechless at how beautiful the diamond and entire ring came out - and that is all due to the tremendous help and guidance from Privosa!

During this Covid time, I had one of their precious diamond earrings from this site on Amazon for my Birthday from my husband. I contact seller directly to ask if they have matching necklaces and they did have matching pendant on their Website. I was thrilled to see that, and after I contemplated for awhile to spending more money on jewelries, but I had to have matching one, so I decided to get it. Just for 1/2 carrots diamond matching pendant. While I was waiting for this anxiously, a week go by, another week go by without any updates of delivery, I contacted jewelry to find out when I'll get this. Than I found out and I did not realize, because of this pendamic affects many businesses, he also had bit of slow time process and making this pendant just for me from oversea. I still wasn't happy about it and finally after a month of waiting, with owner's kind courtesy and kind gesture for long wait,, mr Parth added to make 1/2 carrots to 3/4 carrots diamond plus chain as well. Because of pendamic, their lack of employments who can make individual orders. Mr Parth respond fast on every email I sent him to check the status of delivery. When I got my pendant, I was very happy and please for their work and his kindness.
